This Opportunity Offers:
- Day Shift Position, M-F 8am to 5pm
- Outpatient Clinic
- Full-time position
- Working with senior patients 65 years or older
- Smaller patient panel; extended patient visit times.
- Frequent patient visits for Chronic Conditions
- System-wide Epic EMR
