Mercy is recruiting board eligible or board certified Physicians with a specific interest in building relationships, focusing on wellness, changing lives, and making a difference for seniors. This is an outpatient-only position with an established patient panel size of 600 patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage.
65 Prime Plus by Mercy highlights:
Value-based care – time with patients, relationship building, quality incentives.
Dedicated panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and in basket support
In-person, virtual, or telephonic encounters – annual comprehensive visits, transitional care, and acute/urgent visits
Exceptional work/life balance with administration dedicated to removing barriers
30 minute – 1 hour appointment slots for all patients – adequate time without rush
Manage a patient panel size of 600 or 1,000 with APP support
No holidays, weekends, or evenings
