Mercy Internal Medicine is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible physician to join our practice in Rolla, Missouri.  Our Mercy Primary Care team consists of 4 physicians, 1 advanced practitioners and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.

Mercy Primary Care

• 100& Outpatient Only
• Four-day workweek - no evenings, holidays, weeekend
• Guaranteed annual salary starting at $300,00
• Signing bonus plus paid relocation
• Strong support team to help with in-basket messaging, patient follow up, and all population health and quality metrics
• Value-based primary care - time with patients, relationship building, quality incentives
• Limited call responsibility, Mercy On-Call for after hours support
• Sytem Wide EPIC EHR

Mercy in Missouri is recruiting additional Internal Medicine physicians to meet incredible growth in the region and a growing and ongoing relationship with Fort Leonard Wood. Rolla is between St. Louis and Springfield off I-44. It has a stable employment base and economy with Fort Leonard Wood. The area’s cost of living is one of the lowest in the country and it is nearby to multiple Missouri state parks, caves, trails, lakes, and rivers.
