Rehabilitation Nurse

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at Mercy Ardmore. As an Inpatient Rehabilitation RN, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and recover from illness or injury.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to patients with diverse needs and conditions, including stroke, hip fractures, brain injuries, and complex joint replacements.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications, manage medical devices, and perform various procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence in patient care.
