Overview:
Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs vascular ultrasound procedures for interpretation by physicians. Provides the patient care essential to vascular ultrasound procedures. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma.
- Licensure: Experience: Experienced in performing vascular and arterial ultrasound
- Certifications:
- CPR required
- RVT required for Vascular Sonographer II
- Registered RVT is preferred.
