Family Nurse Practitioner - Janesville
Opportunity:

- Provide care of established patients for treatment and management of both acute and chronic conditions
- Hours are Monday-Friday; No Call

Education and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Graduate of an accredited masters of nursing program.
- Meets the requirements determined by the State of Wisconsin or Illinois to perform duties defined as those of a Nurse Practitioner.
Certification/Licensure
- Current WI RN license
- Current APNP license
- Current DEA number
- CPR Certification
- Other certifications as required
