Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Davenport, IA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering compassionate and high-quality patient care, administering treatments, and providing education to patients and their families. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health, maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring adherence to safety and infection control practices. The Registered Nurse will play a key role in promoting patient care standards and supporting overall health for the community.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment and triage.
- Knowledge of safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and utilizing electronic health record systems
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or eligibility to obtain one
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Ability to work in a patient-focused environment with a commitment to compassionate care
- Previous clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
