There is an immediate opening for a travel and golf sales representative at Meridian CondoResorts! For over 30 years, we have provided luxurious vacation rentals and golf packages for vacationers visiting the Scottsdale area with nothing less than a 5-star experience. Meridian is in search of a new team member to join our work family. Seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, diverse team player with strong problem-solving, sales, and customer service skills. Someone willing to wear many different hats to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. This is the perfect position for someone who has lots of positive energy and is looking for a stable career with unlimited opportunities for advancement.
The ideal candidate posses the following:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Strong organization, math, and problem-solving abilities
- Ambitious, driven, and reliable worker with career goals
- Knowledgeable about the Phoenix-Scottsdale area
- Ability to write, speak, and interact clearly and professionally in a business setting
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Team player and collaborates effectively with colleagues
- Sales, customer service, and/or golf experience preferred
- Availability to work at least one weekend day
- Two references whom we can contact before hiring

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Selling and promoting golf and vacation “stay and play” packages
- Booking, charting, and moving guest stays and extensions
- Answering guests’ questions about our units, golf packages, and recommendations you have
- Reserving tee times at and communicating with various golf courses throughout the valley
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

Pay: $22 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule

Requirements and Preferences
- High school degree or equivalent (required)
- Availability to work in person, full-time (required)
- College degree or two-years post-high school experience (preferred)
- Knowledge about golf (preferred)
- Sales and/or customer service experience (preferred)
