Responsibilities and Duties Include:
- Knowledge of and adherence to the title and escrow transaction processes.
- Providing next-level customer service while developing strong relationships with internal and external clients
- Managing all aspects of the closing process.
- Expertly and expediently resolve any title issues that arise.
- Possess great organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain title licensing from the state.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain notary commission from the state.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior Escrow/Title industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ResWare and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
