Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch hauling vehicles and drivers to ensure on-time service delivery to customers with a strong emphasis in productivity.
- Communicate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and customer requirements.
- Track and monitor the progress of routes and communicate any delays or issues to customers and management.
- Maintain accurate records of hauling activities, including mileage, fuel usage, and driver hours.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local laws.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ability to make your own decisions in a fast paced environment.
- Follow and comply with all safety policies.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role, preferably in the waste management industry.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications and software, including routing and dispatching systems.
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
