The general manager is responsible for the overall financial success of the restaurant. An effective general manager must be able apply a varied set of skills including food, beverage and service knowledge, human resources, conflict management and financial acumen. 2-3 years managerial experience in fine dining and extensive knowledge of food, cocktails and wine required.
