What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Selector Cooler - Schenectady, NY position at Merit Logistics LLC?
Merit Logistics is looking to start several order selectors to start inside a large warehouse on the cooler side. Order Selectors will be on an electric pallet jack selecting orders given to them via headset. There is up to an $8 productivity bonus per hour!
Starting pay is $20 an hour with up to $8 per hour incentive. Average is $3-$5. Pay is Weekly.
This is a 2nd Shift Position starting at 4pm- 2:30am, Thursday through Sunday.

Responsibilities:
- Order selecting using a headset on a double pallet jack.
- Must be able to lift from 5lbs. to 50lbs.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
This is a 2nd Shift Position starting at 4pm- 2:30am, Thursday through Sunday.
