What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate - Delaware, OH position at Merit Logistics LLC?
Starting Pay is $18.50/hr. This includes an average hourly incentive bonus based on productivity performance.
2nd shift is available!
2nd shift time is 5:30 pm to finish. (approx. 3:30 am)

Qualifications:
- Looking for Team Orientated and hard working individuals.
- A Positive Attitude is always required.
- Open to change and can work in a fast paced environment both as a team and independently.
- Warehouse experience is not required but is a plus.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Responsibilities:
- Unload and process/break down warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, sort).
- Must be able to lift from 5lbs. to 50lbs.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
