Merola Tile is currently seeking a highly motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:

This position will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Prepare and ship orders accurately by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing finished orders in staging/delivery area.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, product locations, and workstations neat.
• Inspect products for any defects or damages in accordance with standards of quality, weight specifications, and presentation.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary and required.

Our warehouse is a clean and comfortable environment. We will give you the training you need to be successful in our systems and processes. We are looking to fill a nine (9) hour shift, with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be available on a conditional basis.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to push/pull/lift up to 75 lbs. several times during the shift.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend, and twist without restrictions.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Frequently work in environment with extreme temperatures. Our warehouse is not climate-controlled. This includes sometimes being exposed to the outdoor environment.
