A respected NJ-based provider is hiring a Behavior Analyst to support children (birth–21) with developmental needs through in-home ABA services in the Union County area of New Jersey. Work directly with families to design and implement behavior plans using evidence-based methods. Enjoy a low caseload, strong clinical support, and flexible scheduling.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments and create individualized plans
- Provide direct ABA services in-home
- Collaborate with families and team members
- Track progress and adjust plans
- Document care in line with HIPAA standards
Requirements
- Active BCBA license
- Fully credentialed with NJ Medicaid NJ MCOs
- 2 years of in-home experience
- Willing to travel within NJ (mileage over 30 min reimbursed)
- Familiar with Central Reach (a plus)
