Who You Are:
- ORGANIZED: to implement and manage the production schedule & forecast into internal systems.
- OBSERVANT: to monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
- COLLABORATIVE: to assist 1st and 2nd shift supervisors allocate proper manpower based on skill sets to accomplish all phases on time and within budget.
- ANALYTICAL: to collect and report data daily and to ensure Merric's goals are achieved.
- ATTENTIVE: to generate a weekly production schedule for upcoming weeks to align with production output needs.
- COMMUNICATIVE: to collaborate with Project Managers and Procurement to establish material lead times and adjust schedules accordingly.
Here's What You Will Bring to the Table:
- Knowledge of Excel: Formula Structure, Pivot Tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- No specific education necessary (really!)
- Custom manufacturing experience is ideal, but not required.
