Immediate opening for a Member Engagement Specialist at our Downtown location. Position is full time and benefits eligible.

We are looking for a motivated Member Engagement Specialist who will enjoy engaging with members and educating them about the benefits and services of Merritt Clubs!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Meeting with members to explain all of our different offerings and programs and schedule them in what is best suited for their needs and fitness goals.
· Assisting in meeting club monthly retention goals
Qualified applicants must have strong relationship building skills and the ability to multi-task.
