Mesa Associates Corporate Services is looking for an energetic and team focused individual to assist in our corporate events, conferences, and marketing. Ideal candidate will have experience in marketing events planning, conference attendance, and working in a corporate sales environment.
This position shall:
- Attend conferences as directed
- Manage conference material and supplies
- Coordinate conference lodging and booth schedules
- Identify and manage give a way items
- Give input to market analysis from conference feedback
- Input leads into out CRM from conferences attended.
This position requires excellent communications skills and the ability to interface with the public.
Location Requirements:
The selected candidate will be required to report to the Knoxville, TN office on a hybrid in-office/remote work arrangement.
