Messner Reeves LLP, a full-service, business law firm, with 10 offices nationwide, seeks an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney in California .
The ideal candidate will possess the following :
- Two to six years’ experience in Labor and Employment Law.
- Litigation experience, preferably defense side on employment cases, including managing written discovery, and preparing for depositions.
- Experience defending clients in employment litigation, including class action / PAGA cases.
