The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Two to six years’ of litigation experience.
- Experience in a wide variety of cases - auto, general liability, complex commercial, construction defect and civil litigation matters.
- Extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions of parties and experts.
- Process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt, multitask and work independently.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, handling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Ambitious attorney that wants to not only provide their clients with the best possible representation, but also want to grow their practice in a full-service firm.
- Admitted to practice in the state of Nevada.
