We are looking for an addition to our team who has a great work ethic, and positive attitude. If you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can handle multiple competing priorities, this position is for you.
The ideal candidate will possess the following :
- Three to six years’ of litigation experience.
- Experience handling all phases of General Liability, Construction Law, Product Liability and Professional Liability.
- Extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions of parties and experts.
- Process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt, multitask and work independently.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized and impeccable communication skills.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Licensed to Practice Law in California State.
- Live in California.
