What are the responsibilities and job description for the Abriendo Puertas Spec position at MET Opportunities?
Description
- Deliver Abriendo Puertas curriculum to targeted families.
- Participate / help facilitate at least two hours of staff meetings monthly that cover administrative issues and provide opportunities for review of implementation data, case discussion, peer support and skill building
- Participate in monthly Reflective Supervision Meetings with Project Manager.
- Establish and update MOU’s with community organizations along with a Resource Network Directory.
- Monitor service documentation, data collection and reporting. Help gather data to complete the statistical reporting needed for funding source.
- Participate in recruitment activities to ensure full capacity of seminars.
- Report to work at scheduled time and maintain good attendance. Perform all duties in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Participate with a positive attitude and behavior in all program activities.
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.
