Description :
The client is seeking a mid-level Communications Specialist II to join their Internal Communications team. The team is responsible for maintaining the company's intranet platform and content (SharePoint), email content (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), social engagement (Viva Engage), editorial calendar and project planning (Adobe Workfront), overall content and channel strategies, and writing strategic communications plans.
The ideal candidate will have specific experience to internal communications for large corporations. The primary functions of this role include writing and curating high-quality internal content, posting and managing content on internal communication platforms, curating content from various sources for newsletters and digests, and measuring results. They will oversee the platforms supporting email, intranet, digital signage, and social engagement. The candidate will conduct monthly and quarterly performance analysis of internal communications, organizing data from various platforms to identify trends and guide strategy development. They will also regularly review, audit, and organize Internal Communications content on Microsoft Teams. The role requires excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and platforms efficiently, prioritizing speed to delivery while fostering innovation and creativity.
