Daily Schedule : 3PM - 11PM Mon-Fri with possible overtime
Document Preparation Specialist ensures customer satisfaction by accurately prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling documents in accordance with company standards. The role requires meeting production and quality standards while maintaining optimal machine performance in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities :
- Prep, scan, inspect, compile, and assemble documents accurately and on time to meet customer specifications.
- Meet production standards, including achieving Impressions per Hour (IPH) and Time Productive metrics.
- Maintain machine performance by clearing jams, refilling toner, and replacing machine oil.
- Communicate problems effectively and maintain an organized workstation to prevent assembly errors.
- Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
