The Role: As a Youth Care Staff member, you will play a vital role in the lives of the youth entrusted to our care. Working in partnership with the Department of Public Safety, our Assessment Center provides comprehensive evaluations for youth aged 10 to 17. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary caregiver and mentor to youth during their stay
- Engaging youth in a variety of activities designed to support the assessment process
- Implementing individualized service plans with compassion and dedication
- Creating a positive, non-punitive environment that motivates and inspires youth
- Serving as a role model by demonstrating ethical, moral, and professional values

Requirements: To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who are:
- At least 21 years old
- Hold a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
- Possess a valid NC driver's license
- Able to pass required screenings and trainings
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including 12-hour shifts
