This position will play a key role in efforts to cultivate, nurture, and close prospects for our assisted living, memory support and long-term skilled nursing areas in a manner that bolsters our reputation in the community. Connecting seniors to the solutions at Cornerstone is a highly relational process that requires a love for people and a heart to serve.
Specific job responsibilities include targeted outreach to individual prospects, general community outreach, planning and conducting marketing events, education of prospects regarding senior living options, careful follow-up with prospects, and detailed recordkeeping of marketing activities. With outstanding training and support from MRC’s corporate marketing team, this position will also oversee move-ins, to ensure they occur seamlessly and provide the new resident with the best possible experience upon arrival at the community.
Qualifications
Our preference for this role is a person who has previously demonstrated a track record of success in sales. Knowledge of the unique needs of seniors is a plus. Prior experience in the healthcare or senior living industries is helpful, but not required. Good computer skills and the ability to establish a rapport with others is key. Alignment with our mission is paramount.
