A growing Florida-based civil engineering and land development consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead key residential and commercial development projects across Central Florida.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a visible leadership role within a well-respected firm that blends deep local expertise with the backing of a national network.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary civil/site development projects from concept through construction
• Supervise engineering teams and guide project design, permitting, and client interaction
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development

What You Bring

• 10 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land development
• PE license in Florida
• Strong understanding of stormwater, utilities, and site layout design
• Transportation planning experience is a bonus
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, ICPR, WaterCAD, etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary commensurate with experience, up to $170k and more
• Annual bonuses of around 10%, with additional sign-on bonus potential
