Responsibilities:

- Also sell cellular devices and wireless solutions in a one-on-one selling And ask customers to provide feedback on customer service experience
- Ability to hit store goals
- Deliver excellent customer service, making this the kind of experience a customer will tell their friends about
- Complete online training for product and promotion knowledge And ensuring team members have completed the training.
- Assess customer's needs and concerns as you build a genuine relationship with them
- Build customer trust, educate your customer, and offer solutions that pave the way for a potential Metro by T-Mobile sale
- Tailor to each customer the right plans (right fit guide), device, and accessories for their needs
- Troubleshoot phones
- Need to know how to use a computer for POS, excel, mobile app and process check out
