Forsyth County News, part of Metro Market Media, is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Inside Sales & Support Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role blends administrative support for a Senior Account Executive with direct inside sales responsibilities. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, connecting with clients, and contributing to a high-performing sales team.
This is an in-office position based in Cumming, GA. It includes hourly pay plus commission opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
Sales & Client Support

Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to a Senior Account Executive

Prepare client proposals, presentations, and meeting materials

Follow up with warm leads and lapsed advertisers by phone or email

Track sales activity and updates in our CRM system
Administrative Coordination

Manage schedules, send calendar invites, and support project timelines

Process incoming ad orders and confirm specs with clients

Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure timely ad delivery

Organize and deliver client materials (plaques, publications, etc.)
Billing & Reporting

Assist with invoicing, billing summaries, and account reconciliation

Pull and share campaign performance reports (impressions, reach, etc.)

Monitor overdue accounts and support client follow-up
What You’ll Need:

Prior experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or customer service

Excellent communication skills and professional phone/email presence

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Must be local to Forsyth County and able to work in-office
