What You Will Do
- Understand and promote Technology Alignment objectives, as well as the roles and functions of internal delivery teams.
- Perform Standards and Alignment Reviews to maintain and improve clients’ infrastructure.
- Develop, update, and maintain accurate technical information and environments.
- Maintain, update, and phase out assigned Clients Standards templates.
- Identify technical risk and coordinate with internal delivery teams appropriately.
- Maintain and organize project files.
- Adhere to best practices and provide recommendations to the vCIO.
- Promote, set expectations and educate on how to engage our world class services.
- Oversee assigned projects in terms of resourcing, quality, and output to maximize ROI.
- Develop both Business and Technical partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain relevant knowledge of hardware, and software trends.
- Participate and promote Quality Assurance (QA) objectives, processes, and procedures.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- 2 years prior experience in IT administration and/or technical support experience, or equivalent.
- Clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
- Proven knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software applications in a Microsoft Environment.
- Proven exceptional customer services experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Computer-related industry certifications in technologies such as Microsoft Windows, Azure, Fortinet, networking, storage, and security.
- Experience in training, mentoring and development of internal and external clients.
