Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Processor to join our dynamic team.
The candidates’ primary responsibilities are below:
· Examine title documents filed in the public records and issue a title commitment and/or owner report for junior lien customers.
· Research property tax information.
· Handle clients’ inquiries regarding title problems.
· Enter/revise orders on the entry system.
· Search title records to identify the records that may affect title orders.
· Organize the search results into an accurate chain of title.
· Prepare final title products, including the attachment of applicable records and tax information.
· Assisting with the closing process/ recording of real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, clerical skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
Full Time benefits are: up to 2 weeks paid time off, paid federal holidays, employee healthcare coverage, and an employer matching retirement account.
