- Administer and maintain Hyperion Planning
- Oversee the proper maintenance and backup of all Hyperion databases
- Design, develop and maintain Hyperion reports to meet business requirements by utilizing Financial Reporting Studio
- Maintain and update metadata members and hierarchy with Hyperion
- Manage user access, roles and permissions within Hyperion
- Identify business requirements, translating business requirements into functional and technical design, build prototypes, create process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), definesupport procedures and SLAs and support implementations post go-live
- Understand the business processes, how the application supports the business processes, and apply this knowledge to best solve problems
- Understands dependencies and interrelationships between functional components of Hyperion
- Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality
- Interpret and transform information based on business requirements and provide the data for delivery
- Develop functional specifications and complete object development and testing
- Essbase ASO cubes Outlines, dimensions, measures, members, metadata administration with ability to design databases and complex calculations
- Design, build and troubleshoot cubes and related objects
- Lead user sessions for requirement and testing
- Create test plans, test cases and test scripts and perform functional testing
- Create and maintain system documentation
- Provide training and documentation for supported applications
- Assists in creation of automated scripts, SQL, batch scripting Data Loads, batch jobs
- Thoroughly tests and debugs scripts, procedures and applications
- Implements changes in a professional manner with as little disruption to the end user as possible
- 7-10 years of Hyperion System Administration and development experience
- Strong knowledge of data integration tools
- Experience partnering with Senior Leadership and ability to influence at all levels of an organization
- Manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision, working in team environments or independently
- Experience with ERP reconciliation
- Experience in both public and private company environments, preferably with high-growth
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Experience with financial systems: ERPs (AS400/Infinium, NetSuite, Great Plains), Planning Software (Hyperion, Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment), Payroll/HRIS/Timekeeping (AS400/Infinium, Dayforce, ADP), Expense Software (Navan, Expensify, Concur, Jaggaer), CRM (Salesforce)
- Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
