ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Adhere to compliance with funding requirements through routine revision and updates to systems, policies and procedures. This includes but is not limited to monthly reporting, budgetary fulfillment's and facility maintenance.

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining systems related to revision/update of policies and procedures, follow-up on non-compliance areas.
- Provide direct service to parents and caregivers to strengthen relationships as well as contribute to the well being of the infants, toddlers and preschoolers enrolled in the program.

Responsible for active participation with community partners and stakeholders as it relates to developing relationships and supporting the needs of parents as advocates for children.

Responsible for working in collaboration with other agency groups or programs to meet the needs of clients and to expand services. As well as working with other MFS Site Supervisors to develop and achieve program goals.

Responsible for providing direct service to parents as needed about concerns relating to parenting, policies, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from an accredited college or university required or
- Advanced degree in a related field with at least 21 hours in Child Development
- Either a Gateways to Opportunity Level I Director's or 3 credits in administration, leadership, or management.
