Description
Schedule: M-F, 40-hours/weekly, Operating Room hours 6:30a-6p
EMR: Meditech Expanse
# of Operating Rooms: 10
# of surgeries per month: 575-625
Preferred:
- CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room)
- Master's degree in a health-related field
Main Function: The Operating Room Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the surgical suite, ensuring a safe, efficient, and effective environment for surgical procedures. This role involves supervising surgical staff, coordinating with other departments, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications
Education/Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- BLS provider obtained within 1 month of hire
- ACLS obtained within 12 months of hire date
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse credentialed from the WI Board of Nursing before the hire date.
- Bachelors degree in nursing
- Minimum of 5years of experience in an operating room setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Advanced orthopedic and spine program education, competency, and training.
Preferred:
- CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room)
- Master's degree in a health-related field
Salary : $110,000 - $149,000
