Here we grow again! Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital is seeking qualified applicants in our search for a Part-Time/Full-Time Receptionist supporting our high volume Emergency and referral practices, which deliver the highest quality advanced critical and emergency care to pets from northeast Ohio.
Hiring For: 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, entering client, patient, and financial data into the system, generating and explaining invoices to clients, processing payments, and providing information to clients via telephone.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills

- Display professionalism, patience, and composure at all times
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical or veterinary office preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Basic math
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
