Project Management Specialist (6031)

As a Project Management Specialist, you'll be a member of an Integrated Project Team. You will be focused on monitoring Cost, Schedule, and Performance of integrators in the field. Risk, Issues and Opportunities. This includes monitoring Master Schedules in MS Project and forecasting budgets for new efforts. You will be the operations manager for a capability-based product team.

What you’ll do:

• You'll perform complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems or contractual issues

What you’ll need to succeed:

• An active SECRET clearance
• Experience in monitoring project milestones and generating periodic status reports.
• Experience in monitoring scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables.
• (Preferred) a bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Project Management experience
• This is not a remote job - 5 days/week on site at Fort Belvoir, VA.

SALARY RANGE: $78,000 - $103,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including: 

• The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
• Performance-based bonuses
• Company-paid training and/or certifications
• Referral bonuses
