Individual will need to perform preventative maintenance and repair on restaurant equipment. Maintenance knowledge needed in the following areas…
- Mechanical
- Plumbing
- Refrigeration
- Electrical
- HVAC
Maintenance experience on typical restaurant equipment such as ice cream equipment, grills, fryers, refrigerated cabinets, and shake machines is required. In addition, individual will need to assist with minor repair work on doors, tile, bathrooms, etc. Work week is 40 hours, but individual needs to be available 7 days a week for emergency calls. Pay is negotiable based on experience. Valid driver’s license is a must. Individual will need to be able to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, bend and twist and sit to ensure work is completed correctly. Some overnight travel may be necessary. Time management skills will be needed to ensure prompt arrival at a location to complete a work order before opening.
