Job Description:
Assists room attendants on assigned floors and cleans public areas to ensure hotel cleanliness standards are met
Typical Work Conditions:
Hallways, lobby, public restrooms, public areas and back of house areas of the hotel and parking lot
Equipment Used:
Carts, vacuum, wet and dry mops, cleaning supplies, carts, washer and dryers
Knowledge/Training:
Basic English necessary
2nd language desirable
Experience helpful but not necessary. On-the-job training
Essential Tasks:
Deliver linens and necessary supplies to room attendants
Cleans designated areas such as lobby, public restrooms, public areas and back of house areas on hotel property
Notifies supervisor of incidents or conflicts that affect normal business operations or guest services
Delivery of special requests
