MFA Incorporated is a Midwest-based territorial farm supplier & marketing cooperative organization, serving over 45,000 ranchers/proprietors in Missouri and nearby states. The organization's 145 MFA Agri Services Centers joined with 24 privately claimed MFA subsidiaries and roughly 400 free sellers convey items and administrations to enable ranchers to succeed. OBJECTIVE:
To generate and increase the sales volume of MFA MorSoy brand soybeans by managing the MorSoy brand. This includes delivering quality product, maintaining supply and appropriate branding strategies. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
OUR EXPECTATION THAT YOU WILL:
- Develop materials that incorporate MorSoy and partner brands which allow for a multi brand, solutions, approach to selling the MFA soybean portfolio
- Actively seek opportunities to train and educate retail staff and growers on the MorSoy brand
- Create an annual budget for the MorSoy brand
- Create a sales plan that includes prior year market share, prior year sales, plan year forecasted sales and objectives to accomplish the plan
- Develop relationships with soybean genetic vendors to ensure MFA has access to the most diverse genetic pool
- Understand our partner brands soybean portfolios to select products that fill gaps or compliment the entire MFA soybean portfolio and support the solutions concept
- Create and maintain an annual Production and Processing contract that accomplishes the needs of MFA
- Create an annual processing plan for processors that allow processors to clean and package MorSoy soybeans in a timely manner to meet the needs of our customers
- Develop relationships with soybean genetic vendors to ensure MFA has access to the most diverse genetic pool

HIGHLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BRING:
- B.S. degree in an Ag Business or Agronomy
- 5 years of sales and/or agronomy experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
