Job Description
- 1:1 Patient Care
- Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care ensuring accurate patient records.
- Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
- Current BLS
- Home Health Experience (preferred)
