We are currently seeking an experienced Pre-Closing Specialist to join our Real Estate team in our NE Columbia office. Candidates should have 1-3 years' experience in real estate or an expressed interest in learning real estate legal practices. A paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program and/or bachelor’s degree are preferred. SC notary certificate required. Candidates must also be professional, motivated, organized and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
