What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finishing Technician position at MGM Products Inc?
As a Finishing Technician at MGM Products Inc., you will have the opportunity to learn new

Our products are made, by hand, from start to finish. We are looking for people with an eye for detail
and quality minded.
Additional responsibilities will include:
• Install fiberglass insulation materials, lifting lugs, foil tape and labels to CDI specifications.
• Knowledge of power tools, rivet guns, drill, sprayer, and pin spotter to make product.
• Clean welds and apply cold galvanizing spray to CDI specs.
• Measure units to determine critical dimensions and weights.
• Constructing crate by utilizing pneumatic nail gun
• Prepare unites for shipping.
• Help load trucks.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Diligent attention to safety
• Must be able to read a tape measure and have some basic math’s skills.
• Good work history and attendance is mandatory.
• Must be motivated to advance.
• Candidates must quality minded
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to accept responsibility, perform work accurately and complete work in a timely
manner.
