THE STARTING RATE: $34.57 per hour
The Day-to-day
- Perform predictive maintenance and reactive repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
- Maintain accurate records of labor time, parts used, and completed work.
- Clean, inspect, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems as needed.
- Operate maintenance equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and HVAC storage.
- Manage refrigerant logs per EPA regulations and keep a quarterly inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Assist the Director of Arena Operations with capital projects as needed.
- Read and understand blueprints and schematics for equipment maintenance and repair.
- Adhere to safety and operational standards as set by company policies and OSHA regulations.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2 Years of prior experience in General Maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC or related building systems in a similar environment
- Valid MA Refrigeration’ License-Required
- Valid EPA Universal Certification Required
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid Mechanical or EPA HVAC&R A-B license - Required
