MGRM Pinnacle is looking to hire a Records Registrar.
Duties/Responsibilities:

- Process transcript and records requests from the students, parents and schools.
- Provide general office support to the registration team including but not limited to document verification, data entry, filing, correspondence and other such duties as required.
- Submit and follow up on records requests including but not limited to AIMS, graduation requirements, and student files. Enter AIMS data.
- Verify documents (birth certificates, immunization records, AIMS, etc.) for student records. Create files for graduating students ensuring completeness and accuracy with confirmation from Guidance Counselors.
- General clerical responsibilities including but not limited to opening mail, filing, data entry and general correspondence.
- Answer incoming telephone and email requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clerical assistance to team members as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School diploma required.
- Previous experience in a data entry, administrative assistant or general clerical position; excellent organization. skills and time management skills; excellent customer service and marketing skills; excellent detail orientation and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn.
