What you’ll do: The Golf Starter -Pro Shop Attendant assists with the management of the property’s golf shop and operation, bring out and return golf carts to cart barn. Your job will include: Answer phones, answer questions and provide customer service. Bring out carts and return cart to cart barn. Monitor maintenance on Golf Carts. Patrol Course and report to management. Schedule tee times. Sell punch cards and memberships. Enter guests information into computer system. Sell snacks and beverages. Run credit card transactions. Experience & skills you’ll need: Excellent customer service skills. Detail oriented. Process credit card transactions. Willing to work afternoons, evenings and weekends as needed.
