Warehouse Quality Administrator

As a Quality Administrative Assistant, here is what you’ll be doing at the core, day to day.

The Warehouse Quality Administrative Assistant performs routine administrative functions such as organizing and maintaining paper and/or electronic files. The position provides clerical and administrative support for the warehouse quality inspection team.

• Assess and dispatch parts that requires Quality Inspection.
• Scan and archive documentation electronically.
• Physically archive documentation.
• Support investigation that requires documentation to be retrieved.
• Work closely with the Receiving Agents and the Quality Inspectors.
• Work on computer using SAP, Excel, Power Point, Word etc.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with the Quality Manual.
• Have other duties in support of operational necessities as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned.
  
  

Here’s what is required to succeed as a Quality Administrative Assistant.

• High School diploma or GED required, associate’s degree in applied science or similar technical experience preferred.
• 2-5 years’ experience in shipping/receiving in a warehouse environment.
• 2-5 years’ experience in aerospace-specific quality inspection a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills in MS office programs, particularly Excel, Outlook and other MS office suite programs.
• Familiarity with SAP or other similar ERP systems (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a variety of individuals and departments.
• Requires shift work and may be required to work some weekends.
