What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caseworker II position at MHMR Authority of Brazos Valley?
To perform Case Management activities for consumers receiving both MHMRABV mental health services and specialized probation services through Adult Probation-Brazos County. The Intensive Case Manager’s objective is to assist clients in increasing independent functioning in the community, reducing recidivism in the criminal justice system, reduce hospitalizations, and developing individualized short term and long term recovery goals. This goal is accomplished by completing ANSA Assessments, developing individualized recovery plan, performing skills training, intervening in crisis situations, coordinating community resources and documenting all contacts for persons served on caseload. Crisis on Call work required as agency need dictates.

Pay: $37,808.00 - $43,636.00 per year
