Responsibilities

  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights and trends from customer data, contributing to the development of data-driven CRM strategies.
  • Support in creating presentations, project plans, and documentation within various CRM projects.
  • Assist in developing innovative CRM concepts and implementing sophisticated solutions, leveraging insights gained from data analysis.
  • Support the CRM team with ongoing projects related to customer experience enhancement.
  • Assist in market research and business development activities within the CRM domain.
  • Join a highly motivated, young, and growing CRM team, contributing your expertise in data analysis to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • QualificationsQualifications

    Education :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent education.
  • Experience :

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in consulting or CRM.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently, with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English (German language skills are a plus).
  • Percentage of required travel : up to %

    Physical requirements :

  • This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
  • Must be able to lift pounds at times.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office / noisy environment.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with MHP Americas, Inc. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), or any other non-immigrant status).
