Job Description

• Maintain and reconcile accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and mobile devices, while assisting with asset management system upkeep.
• Manage IT inventory levels, process purchase orders, and coordinate deliveries to support smooth business operations.
• Oversee proper decommissioning and secure disposal of obsolete IT equipment in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to capture accurate asset data, support asset-related inquiries, and assist with audits and compliance efforts.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong understanding of the IT Asset Management lifecycle, including hardware and software tracking, license compliance, and asset disposition; ITIL knowledge is required
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills to support effective communication and accurate asset management.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT asset management fundamentals is required
• Financial Services experience is a plus but not mandatory; candidates must clearly explain their IT Asset Management experience in detail.
