Mechanical Project Supervisor

Description

• Prepare estimates and quotes for service work based on customer requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee the execution of all field service activities.
• Ensure technicians are fully equipped with the required tools, materials, permits, and resources to perform their work efficiently and effectively.
• Uphold and enforce safe work practices, ensuring all activities comply with OSHA safety standards.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, project managers, and field crews to ensure all work meets the highest quality standards and aligns with customer expectations.

Profile

• Strong understanding of process piping operations, including materials, tooling, installation methods, and industry standards.
• Oversee safe execution of work on multiple projects and job sites.
• Brings a minimum of 8 years of experience across the food, beverage, dairy, personal care, and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing field crews of 20 team members.
• Proficient with basic computer applications, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in interpreting piping specifications, P&IDs, scopes of work, and other engineering and project-related documentation.
• Solid working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety requirements.

Job Offer

• Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
